- The General Assembly is the supreme body of AGIR Asbl. It votes on the statutes. and internal regulations of the organization and determines the general policies of the latter. It designates the main leaders of the organization, in particular the members of the Board of Directors and the national Executive Secretary;
- The National Executive Secretary manages the organization on a daily basis and engages it with third parties. He is responsible to the Board of Directors which reports to the General Assembly, the supreme body of AGIR Asbl.
- The Executive Secretary has under his supervision the Directors of Programs and Operations.
- The Program Director is responsible for managing the program, through the different projects and their coordinators who are under his supervision.
- As for the Director of Operations, he is responsible for the administration of finance, administration and logistics of the organization. Under his supervision are the Administration and Finance Managers and the Logistics Manager.
As part of effective and efficient management of its human, material and financial resources, AGIR has equipped itself with a certain number of tools, in particular:

- Gender mainstreaming policy and inclusion and environment;
- Policy on counting beneficiaries in our programs;
- Child protection policy;
- Policy to combat sexual abuse and exploitation
- Accountability policy towards affected populations;

- Anti-corruption policy
- Anti-fraud policy
- Risk management policy
- Travel management policy
- Funding and donations policy;
