- The general assembly is the supreme organ of act asbl. Style = "MSO-Spacerun: Yes;"> span> it votes the statutes and internal order regulations of the organization and determining the general policies of the latter. It designates the main animators of the organization, in particular the members of the Adminitration Council and the National Executive Secretary; span>
- The national executive secretary manages the organization on the daily and engages in third parties. He is responsible before the board of directors which reports to the General Assembly, a supreme body of acting asbl. span>
- The executive secretary has under its supervision the directors of programs and operations.
- The Program Director is responsible for managing the program, through the various projects and their coordinators who are under his supervision.
- As for the Director of Operations, the latter has under his responsibility the administration of finance, administration and logistics of the organization. Under his supervision are placed the administration and finance managers and the Logistics Manager. span>
in the context of an effective and efficient management of its human, material and financial resources, Act has a number of tools, in particular: span>
